How To Cheat In Life With AI
(Without Getting Caught. By Anyone.)
I use AI daily.
And when I say daily, I mean it.
Morning? AI.
Afternoon writing sprint? AI.
Late at night when I run out of ideas? Definitely AI.
This article? Written by me — but enhanced, polished, and tightened with AI.
I use it to improve my Notion templates (especially formulas), organize my thoughts, speed up workflows, and learn faster than ever.
So yeah, it feels like I’m cheating.
But not in school.
In real life.
That’s what this article is about:
How you can use AI to learn faster, save time, save money, and do more, without burnout.
Let’s get into it.
1. How To Control This Superpower
Most people use AI like Google.
They type something like:
'Write me a blog post about productivity.'
And they get a generic wall of text.
Instead, you need to treat AI like a partner. Give it a role, some context, structure, and tone.
Here’s one of my go-to prompts:
'You are a productivity coach who writes sharp, actionable blog posts. I want a post about how AI can save people time. Make it 4 clear tips with a motivating closing. My tone is simple, wise, and practical.'
That’s not a task. That’s a system. And that’s when the output sounds like you, not a robot.
Here’s a real prompt I use daily for Notion work:
'When I send you a formula, improve it using let(), make it shorter and more readable, and return only the final version.'
And it returns a cleaner, optimized version, ready to use in my template.
Once you set up prompt systems like this, you stop starting from scratch. You stop wasting time. And everything moves faster.
2. How To Save Your Life From AI
Let’s not sugarcoat it:
If your job is built on predictable tasks, AI will replace it.
Data entry? Gone.
Copy-paste work? Gone.
Anything that doesn’t require your brain? Gone.
But AI won’t replace creativity, judgment, and originality.
In fact, it’ll make those skills even more valuable.
So if you want to survive the shift, start using AI to take care of the repetitive stuff, and double down on thinking, solving, and creating.
3. How To Learn Any Skill Faster
AI changes how you learn forever.
No more wasting hours on tutorials or reading books you’ll forget next week.
Instead, you learn by doing.
Want to learn Photoshop? Try this:
'You are my Photoshop tutor. I’m designing a YouTube thumbnail. How do I remove the background of an image? Suggest the two simplest tools inside Photoshop.'
You’re not just asking for information, you’re solving a real problem while learning.
Trying to learn a new language?
'You are my Spanish coach. Each day, give me 5 phrases I’d use when traveling. Include pronunciation and quiz me at the end.'
Reading a book?
'Summarize Chapter 3 of “Atomic Habits” in key ideas. After each one, ask a question to test if I understood it.'
Learning becomes active. Focused. Personal.
4. How To Save Time
This is where AI becomes a serious productivity machine.
You don’t need to write the same prompt every day.
You can build prompt aliases, mini systems.
One of mine is:
'Formula Enhancer'
Whenever I send that with a formula, ChatGPT already knows: optimize, clean up, apply let(), bold style..etc.
Another one I use often:
'Post Polisher'
I send it a rough tweet or idea, and it turns it into a well-written caption or carousel.
Here’s how you scale it:
Use Notion automations to tag ideas, update entries, or create tasks.
Use Zapier + ChatGPT to send emails or follow-ups without touching a thing.
Use Claude or Gemini with memory — so they remember your work style, tone, and goals.
That’s how you save hours every week without losing your flow.
5. How To Save & Make Money With AI
No, AI won’t instantly drop money into your bank account.
But it will reduce your expenses and help you buy back your time.
Here’s how I do it:
No need to hire a copywriter, I use strong writing prompts for daily content.
No need for a video editor, tools like Opus Clip cut long videos into shorts.
No need for a research assistant, Perplexity gives me sourced answers fast.
If you save hours and reduce costs across your work… that is profit.
And AI makes it possible — if you use it right.
Start Cheating (Smarter) Today
Ready to make AI your superpower? Here's how you can start implementing these ideas, step by step:
Step 1: Identify 3 Time-Wasting Tasks You Want to Automate
Think about the tasks that eat up your time without requiring much brainpower. These are the ones AI can handle for you.
Example:
Automate customer email replies using tools like ChatGPT or email automation platforms.
Create a chatbot for your website using Voiceflow to handle common client questions and inquiries.
Action: Write down 3 tasks that are repetitive, routine, or don't require your personal touch. These are your candidates for automation.
Step 2: Build 2 Prompt Systems
Once you've identified your time-wasters, design clear prompts that AI can follow to streamline your processes.
Writing Prompt: For blog posts, social media content, or even emails.
Example: “You are a productivity expert. Write a blog post about how AI can help people save time in their daily tasks, with 3 actionable tips and a motivating conclusion.”
Learning Prompt: For skill acquisition or language learning.
Example: “You are my web design coach. Help me learn how to create a responsive website using Framer.
Walk me through the steps and assist me whenever I get stuck.”
This is where you transform AI from a simple tool into a helpful collaborator.
Step 3: Start Building a Website with Framer
Instead of just watching tutorials, start applying your learning directly. Build a real project from scratch.
Example: Start building your personal website using Framer, and every time you hit a wall, ask ChatGPT for tips or solutions.
You'll learn by doing, and AI will make sure you don’t waste time searching for answers.
Step 4: Save Your Top Prompts in One Doc
You’ll find yourself using these prompts frequently. So, make it easy to access them by saving them in one place.
Example: Create a "Prompt Library" where you store all the most useful prompts, from writing to learning to problem-solving.
This keeps you organized and saves you time when you need to pull a prompt fast.
Action: Categorize your prompts (e.g., writing, learning, troubleshooting) and store them in a doc or Notion page for quick access.
This way, you’ll start automating routine tasks, apply AI in real-life projects, and save hours of time, without sacrificing creativity or control.
Everything we just talked about, faster learning, saved time, organized prompts, only works if you have a clear system behind it.
That’s why Second Brain 6.0 is built to help you:
