Why Buying Notion Bundles Won’t Make You More Productive

Why Buying Notion Bundles Won’t Make You More Productive

There’s something I keep seeing in the Notion world that honestly makes me pause.

People are selling these giant template bundles.

Twelve templates.
Twenty-two templates.
Sometimes even more.

And what surprises me isn’t that people are selling them — it’s that so many people are buying them, thinking this will be the thing that makes them more productive.

But let’s step back for a second.

How can anyone seriously use 22+ Notion templates at once?

The trap of more = better

I get it.

When you see a big bundle, it feels like you’re getting a deal.

All these systems.
All these tools.
All for one price.

But here’s what really happens:

→ You get excited at first.

→ You open one template, then another.

→ Soon you’re juggling between dashboards, systems, pages — and instead of feeling productive, you feel scattered.

Most people don’t need 10 different systems to manage their life.

What they need is one strong system — one that fits their world and keeps everything connected.

When does a bundle make sense?

I’m not saying bundles are always a bad idea.

There are cases where they can be smart:

→ Maybe you want to study how a formula works.

→ Maybe you like a feature from one template and want to integrate it into your own.

→ Maybe you’re building your master template and pulling ideas from a few different places.

Or — and this is the big one — maybe you’re part of a group.

Think about it like sharing a Netflix subscription.

If you and your friends or family all have different needs, a bundle gives each of you something useful — without everyone having to buy separately.

What actually works

If you’re buying for yourself, my advice is simple:

→ Look for one system that covers what you need — or at least 80% of it.

→ The fewer systems you juggle, the easier it is to stay focused.

→ A connected setup is always more powerful than a scattered one.

Where to find good bundles (if you really need one)

There are plenty of solid creators out there who sell high-quality bundles.

You can check out people like Easlo, Thomas Frank, and others who’ve built great Notion templates that work well together.

And of course, if you and your friends or team are looking for bundles designed for groups, I also offer options:

Ultimate Brains Bundle — templates for students, creators, business owners, freelancers and more

Student Bundle — Student Brain + Second Brain + Finance Brain — great for school or uni.

Special Bundle — Creator Brain + Second Brain + Finance Brain — all linked together so nothing feels separate.

All of these are built so Finance Brain connects smoothly into the other templates — no juggling, no confusion.

Remmeber

More templates won’t make you more productive.

One good system — or the right bundle for the right group — will
