✅ What We Cover (Included Support)
When you buy Second Brain 6.0, here’s what you can count on:
Template Issues: If something inside the template doesn’t work as expected (e.g. a formula breaks or a database isn’t functioning).
Setup Help: If you need guidance duplicating the template or starting for the first time.
Feature Clarification: If you’re not sure how to use a feature that’s already part of Second Brain.
Walkthrough Guidance: If something in the video tutorial or on the website isn’t clear, we’ll help explain it.
❌ What We Don’t Cover (Outside of Support)
There are limits to what’s included, so expectations are clear:
Custom Integrations: We don’t connect the template to apps like Google Calendar, Notion Calendar, Zapier, etc.
Custom Formulas & Builds: We can’t write new formulas or design new systems for free.
Translations: The template is in English only. If your workspace runs in another language, you’ll need to adjust manually.
Misunderstandings: Please check the website carefully before purchase. What you see on the landing page is exactly what’s included.
Removed Features: In the past, we offered PARA, GTD, and Idea Studio dashboards. These were removed in Second Brain 6.0. We clearly state this in the landing page and video description.
📝 Important Notes
Transparency: The website and tutorials show the template exactly as it is. If you expected something different (like another language or integration), we are not responsible. Please ask before buying if you are unsure.
Workdays Only: We answer emails Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, we rest and recharge — replies will come during the week.
Tutorials First: We created full video tutorials (and mini-guides inside the template pages) to help you. Please review these before emailing, as many common questions are already answered.
Refunds: Since this is a digital product, refunds are not possible once you have access to the template.
💡 Customization Services
If you’d like something unique — such as a new database, an automation, or another custom feature — we do offer paid customization.
Pricing is decided together depending on the request.
We’ll only commit if it’s technically possible.
We do not modify the template for free.
❗️ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
You don’t need to be a Notion expert to use this template — everything is already set up and ready to go.
However, because it includes advanced databases, relations, and formulas, we recommend using a modern device for the best experience.
Windows users: at least 16GB RAM
Mac users (M-chip): at least 8GB RAM
Older or slower laptops might experience lag or slow loading times.
A basic understanding of English is also recommended, since most properties and guides are written in English.
