The Delay Isn’t Denial. It’s Preparation.

The Delay Isn’t Denial. It’s Preparation.

Hey,

If you do not believe in God, skip this one. No hard feelings. See you in the next email.

But if you do, keep reading.

This one is for you.

You have a goal. A dream. Something you have been chasing.

Maybe you are trying to level up your financial life. Get your family out of poverty. Find a job. Keep your business alive. Build something that matters.

And you work hard.

Not kind of hard. Really hard.

You wake up early. Sleep late. Barely take days off. Try every strategy. Knock on every door. Push. Burn. Grind.

Not for a week.

Not for a month.

Not for a year.

Years.

And still nothing.

Nothing.

A big fat zero.

You feel like you are just pouring water into sand.

In Morocco we say "Ktkb Lma f Rmla."

Writing on water.

Everything you do just disappears.

No results. No progress. No reward.

And you start asking yourself, what am I doing wrong?

Here is what I believe.

That moment. That struggle. That silence from the universe.

It is not punishment.

It is preparation.

Now if you believe your hard work alone controls everything, if you do not believe in anything beyond your own hands, close this email. It is not for you.

But answer me this.

Why do some people work 100x harder than you and have nothing?

Why do others barely lift a finger and have everything?

Hard work does not explain it all.

Something else is going on.

As Muslims, we believe in Rizq (money, success, health, opportunities, peace, everything good that comes your way).

And Rizq is not just money.

Rizq is everything God provides. Your wealth. Your health. Your peace. Your family. Your opportunities. The right idea at the right time. The door that opens when all others close. The stranger who becomes your biggest client. The breath in your lungs.

All of it is Rizq.

All of it comes from Him.

Yes, we work hard. That is our job.

But the outcome? That is His decision.

We plant. He decides if it grows.

We knock. He decides if it opens.

We try. He decides when.

But here is where it gets hard.

Sometimes you do everything right.

You work hard. You pray. You trust. You stay patient.

And still nothing.

Meanwhile, people around you are winning.

People who do not work as hard. People whose work is not as good. People who you feel do not deserve it.

And you are just standing there. Watching. Wondering.

Why them and not me?

This is the moment.

This is where God is asking you a question.

Are you ready?

Not do you want it. Are you ready for it?

Because maybe if you got that money right now, it would destroy you. You would waste it. Forget where it came from. Let it change you in the wrong ways.

Maybe that job you want would bring people knocking on your door. Family asking for favours. Friends expecting handouts. Pressure you cannot handle yet.

Maybe that success would go to your head.

Maybe it would pull you away from Him.

So the delay continues.

Not to punish you.

To protect you.

He is shaping you. Moulding you. Getting you ready.

So that when it finally comes, it becomes a blessing. Not a curse.

There is another test.

Betrayal.

People you trusted let you down. Friends disappoint you. Family hurts you. Colleagues stab you in the back.

This one cuts deep.

But it teaches you something nothing else can.

Stop relying on people for your Rizq (success, money, promotion, opportunities).

I know it looks like your boss controls your promotion. Your client controls your income. The algorithm controls your reach.

But those are just means.

They are not the giver.

God is the giver.

He can send your Rizq through anyone. At any time. From any direction.

When you understand this, everything changes.

You stop begging.

You stop fearing.

You stop depending on people who were never in control anyway.

You depend on Him.

And the last test.

The hardest one.

Your heart.

You see others succeed while you are still struggling.

How do you react?

Jealousy? Resentment? Bitterness?

Or sincere happiness for them and trust in His timing?

This is the test most people fail.

Because it is easy to trust God when things are good.

But trusting Him when everyone around you is eating and you are still hungry?

That takes something else.

That takes real faith.

So if you are in that season right now, if you are in the struggle, if you are wondering when it will be your turn, hear me.

Keep going.

Keep working hard.

Keep improving.

Keep praying.

And be sure.

Not 100% sure.

1000% sure.

That what you are asking for, or something better, is coming.

It is written.

Your job is to keep going.

His job is to decide when.

Trust Him.

And if you think everything I just wrote is nonsense, you can unsubscribe. Or just read the productivity stuff and skip the faith emails. No problem.

But I had to share this.

Because I believe it.

And maybe you needed to hear it today.

Thanks for reading.
