The gap is not knowledge. It is action.

The gap is not knowledge. It is action.

The gap is not knowledge. It is action.

The gap is not knowledge. It is action.

The gap is not knowledge. It is action.

Hey,

I was looking at my old Notion templates the other day.

The ones I made when I started.

And I just laughed.

I actually thought those templates were going to change the world. I thought people would see them and say this guy is a genius.

They were terrible.

Bugs everywhere. Ugly design. Missing features. Incomplete logic.

And do not even get me started on my first YouTube videos.

I went back and watched one of my first short form videos. I could not even finish it. I was like what is this. Who approved this. Why did I post this.

But here is the thing.

I am glad those templates did not blow up. I am glad those videos did not go viral.

Because I was not ready.

And that is the point.

You are never ready.

You do not start when you are ready. You get ready by starting.

I see people all the time waiting for the perfect setup. The perfect camera. The perfect lighting. The perfect knowledge. The perfect moment.

And while they wait, everyone else moves forward.

They watch other people grow. Other people launch. Other people win.

And they are still waiting.

Still planning. Still learning. Still preparing.

But never doing.

Let me tell you something about competition that nobody talks about.

It is not fair.

I am from Morocco. A developing country. We do not get the best education. We do not get the best resources. We do not get the support that people in other countries get.

When I started, I was not at zero.

I was in the negative.

No fancy equipment. No connections. No guidance. Just me pushing my head against a wall hoping something would break.

And I competed against people who had everything handed to them.

People with better cameras. Better internet. Better access. Better opportunities.

Was it fair? No.

Did I wait for it to become fair? Also no.

Because if I waited, I would still be waiting.

Here is what I learned.

Knowledge does not come from waiting. It does not even come from learning.

It comes from doing.

You can watch a hundred tutorials on YouTube. Read a hundred articles. Take a hundred courses.

But none of it matters until you practice.

Until you try something and it fails. And you sit there like why did this work for him but not for me. And you go deep into your own thinking. And you figure it out yourself.

That moment when you make it work? That is when you actually learn.

Not from the tutorial. From the struggle after the tutorial.

I look at my journey and I see this pattern everywhere.

My first templates? Garbage. Now people love them. Not a single refund in 2026. In 2025 I can count them on one hand. Back in 2024? Bugs and mistakes everywhere.

My first videos? Embarrassing. Now my setup is 80% complete. Still waiting on the key light to arrive inshallah. But it is coming together.

This is my first video

This is my current one after 2.5 years

Yes, I know. Slow progress. Not the best yet.

But what you do not see is this.

When I started, I knew one day I would have that setup. I trusted God. I kept moving. And Alhamdulillah here we are.

Still not perfect. Still improving. Still building.

But moving.

And that is the difference.

Some people wait for perfect. They never start.

Some people start ugly. They get better.

Quality takes time to build. I know that. A great product takes time. A great video takes time. A great business takes time.

But you do not build quality by waiting.

You build quality by starting bad and improving.

By shipping the ugly version. Learning from it. Making it better. Shipping again.

Over and over until one day people look at your work and think this guy knows what he is doing.

They do not see the years of garbage that came before.

They just see the result.

So if you have an idea. A business. A video you want to make. Content you want to create.

Start.

Do not wait for the perfect camera. The perfect knowledge. The perfect moment.

It does not exist.

Start ugly. Start incomplete. Start scared.

Just start.

And keep moving.

Because the only people who fail are the ones who stop.

Quick thing — Ramadan ended for Muslims. Eid Mubarak to everyone celebrating.

And with Eid, the $25 discount ends in 24 hours.

Organize your entire life → Second Brain 6.0 🧠
My personal system this year as a full-time creator → Creator Brain 4.0 🎬

And honestly? This is not just for people who can afford the premium.

I am working on making the free templates better, too. Taking the best features from the premium ones and adding them to the free stuff.

Because I want everyone to be productive. Whether you have money or not.

But if you can grab it now, do it. 24 hours left.

Thanks for reading.

Eid Mubarak again.

P.S. — You do not get ready and then start. You start and then get ready. Move.
