Hey,
This one is for you and me.
The first month of 2026 is gone.
It went so quick.
And the same will happen for the next 11 months.
Time does not wait for you to be ready.
What You Need To Know
Not every single day will be hard.
Not every single day will be easy.
What matters is you keep going.
You focus.
You remove the distractions.
You give your body rest when needed.
But you also push to the limit.
Here is the truth nobody tells you.
You will lack motivation 90% of the days.
Your results will be bad sometimes. Unnoticeable even.
The people who win are not the ones who feel like it.
They are the ones who show up when they do not.
You have to stay disciplined.
But discipline requires energy.
And this is where most people fail.
They try to be disciplined on an empty tank.
It does not work.
So give your body the energy it needs.
Eat healthy. Go to the gym. Sleep.
Balance in life is hard. Most times impossible.
But health is different.
Health is non-negotiable.
You cannot pour from an empty cup.
You cannot build a dream on a broken body.
If you spend 80% of your day on business, study, or whatever you are building, 20% should go to your health.
This is advice for me too.
Because sometimes I overdose on processed sugar. It is one of the bad habits I want to erase this year from my life.
We all have something.
If You Are Struggling
Maybe you missed this month.
Maybe you have not set your goals yet.
Maybe you do not have a plan for this year.
Maybe you are depressed. Sad. You just want to stop.
Let me tell you something.
Sometimes you have to stop.
When your mind and body disconnect, you have to sit without doing anything.
Unplug from the work.
So your mind and body can plug back together.
Rest is not quitting.
Rest is how you prepare to keep going.
But if you are just procrastinating, wasting time, with no real reason?
That is the scary part.
That is not rest. That is avoidance.
And avoidance always costs more than action.
You need to sit down with yourself and figure out what you actually want to do this year.
My advice: focus on two things.
No more.
And one of them should be your health.
The person who chases ten goals catches none.
The person who chases two might catch both.
On Obsession
Become obsessed.
Obsession only comes from loving what you are doing.
Enjoying the good and the bad of it.
And you cannot become obsessed if you do not love it.
But here is the part people miss.
You do not start with love.
You build it.
You can only love something by giving it so much time.
By actually seeing results.
Even if they are little.
Deep inside you feel something.
You feel that what you are doing is going to work.
There is no sign. No clue. No glow on the other side telling you it will work.
But your instinct tells you it will.
That is when you become obsessed.
And obsession changes everything.
The next 11 months, maybe the next years, require you to be obsessed.
Obsession gives you more energy to be disciplined.
And you do not need motivation anymore.
Motivation is for beginners.
Obsession is for people who finish.
A Question For You
Chris Williamson said something that stuck with me:
"What would have needed to happen over the last 12 months for me to consider this year a success?"
Ask yourself that.
Write it down.
Then work backwards.
And more importantly, make sure what you are doing is adding value to the world.
Not only to you.
The world needs people who give.
We do not need people who only look at themselves.
And here is the beautiful part.
The world rewards people who give.
Not always immediately. Not always obviously.
But it does.
What you put out comes back.
Maybe not today. Maybe not this month.
But it comes back.
The 30% discount is still running.

P.S. — 11 months left. The question is not whether you have time. The question is what you will do with it.
