Hey,
I hope you are doing great. Physically, mentally, and emotionally.
And if you are not? You have 9 months to change that.
So Q1 is done. Gone. Just like that.
And honestly it does not matter if you crushed it or wasted it. What matters is what you do with the next 9 months.
If you worked hard in the last 3 months, congratulations. Seriously. Do not waste that momentum. You are going to need it more than ever in the next 9.
If you were lazy, procrastinating, depressed, overwhelmed, sad, lost, did not know what to do with yourself — also do not worry. You have 9 months. That is enough to change everything.
I know because I did it.
I started my business on April 1st. I remember that day clearly.
In the next 9 months my entire life changed. I gave up on college. I started making money. My faith in God increased in ways I did not expect. Alhamdulillah.
I remember going to school and having all my homework already done at home. I had already understood the lesson. Because while my friends were not even paying attention in class, I was secretly working on projects and planning.
I am not saying this to brag. I am saying this because those 9 months taught me something.
9 months is a weird period of time.
I have always found it weird. Because in 9 months you will experience some big highs and some brutal lows. Both will come. That is guaranteed.
And here is the part that matters.
Do not get too happy when you see results. That does not mean celebrate and relax. That means keep going. Keep that rhythm. The results are proof that what you are doing is working so why would you stop.
And do not give up when you do not see results. That does not mean it is not working. It means you are in the part of the process that nobody posts about. The boring middle. The silent grind. Stay there. It pays later.
Now let me talk to two types of people reading this.
If you were motivated in the last 3 months. You finished every project. Every task you promised yourself. You showed up every single day.
You are a real one.
But here is my advice. Take a small rest. A week or so. And I mean a real rest. Not scrolling on social media. Not thinking about your business or your studies or that project. If you go to the gym, try not to train for a few days. I know that is hard especially when you start becoming addicted to it like me.
But this rest will actually give you a massive boost to keep going for another 3 to 5 months.
Because keeping up for 9 months straight is hard. You need rest from time to time. In fact you should find a way to rest a little bit every single day so you always have energy. I talked about that before in a previous article (check it here) — after you finish this one
Now if you missed the last 3 months.
This is your fresh start. Right here. Right now.
But do not just take it because it sounds nice. Take it because you are done being the person you were for the last 3 months.
Stop being lazy. Stop being afraid of taking that step. That action. Try it. Just give it a try.
Yes it is not easy. But you know what else is not easy? Being lazy. Being stuck. Waking up every day knowing you did nothing. That is painful too. You are already in pain either way. So choose the pain that actually gets you somewhere.
Every single day that you work hard, that you finish your tasks, even if not all of them, but you feel like you moved forward, even one percent, two percent, it does not matter — you will go to sleep the happiest person in your city.
There is nothing that beats the feeling of actually doing what you promised yourself you would do. To feel that the day was challenging. That your tasks were hard. But you completed them anyway.
I want you to feel that for the next 9 months.
But do not start today. And do not start tomorrow.
Give yourself two days of doing nothing. And I mean real nothing. No social media. No content. No noise. Just sit with yourself and think. Or go on long walks. With no music. Nothing to listen to. Just your inner thoughts.
Those moments will tell you exactly what you need to do in the next 9 months.
Whether you crushed Q1 or missed it completely, take those walks. Listen to yourself. You already know the answers.
Once you do that, sit down and start writing everything that comes to mind. Every goal. Every project. Every target. Write them all. Organize them. Give each one a priority and an action needed.
Then the next day? Start with the most critical one.
You know how momentum works. One task leads to the next. One day leads to the next. Keep that chain going for 9 months. Take rest here and there in between. But never stop.
I will not say see you in 9 months.
I will be with you for the next 9 months. Every email. Every article. I am here.
And look. This is not about trying to sell you a Notion template.
But truly, if I was not selling them, I would still tell you the same thing. You need a system to organize your life. Without extra nonsense. Without complexity.

P.S. — 9 months ago, someone reading this email was exactly where you are now. They started. They kept going. Their life is different today. That person in 9 months could be you. But only if you start.
